We are in need of foster homes so we can continue our work in our community. Many adoptable dogs in our county shelter are being euthanized. We would like to rescue these dogs from the shelter before their time is up but are unable to do so because we don't have enough foster homes. If you are interested in fostering for our group please call (270) 756-9033 to begin the foster application process.
Who We Are
We are a non-profit group committed to re-homing domestic and farm animals. Our group was formed in June of 2007. Since then we have re-homed through adoption and/or transported out of county/state over 100 dogs (and some cats too.) Our group is funded by private donors and several fundraisers held during the year.
Adopting a friend
Our adoption fee is $75.00. All of our animals are current on their vaccinations, heart wormed tested, de-wormed, have been spayed or neutered and micro-chipped. (Micro chips will be registered to adoptive family.) Adoption fee also includes a free 30 day Shelter Care Insurance Policy in the event of further veterinary care during the first 30 days after adoption. Our puppies and kittens will not have been spayed or neutered and our policy is that you will agree to have these surgeries done when your pet becomes 6 months of age.

Right now many of our animals are being fostered at BC's Bed & Biscuit in Garfield, KY. This boarding kennel has generously offered limited housing for some of our fosters. Call (270)756-9033 to make an appointement to come see the animals there.
